Before the introduction, a large amount of oil sludge was generated, but by installing an Aqua Blaster in the existing water tank and performing aeration, we successfully reduced the generation to one-sixth. Since the oil sludge was being treated as industrial waste through incineration, this also indirectly cut CO2 emissions by one-sixth. Although electricity consumption and maintenance costs for the Aqua Blaster increased, we significantly reduced the sludge recovery costs (cleaning costs), resulting in an annual cost reduction of 2.2 million yen.
